Why Sealcoat?

Applying sealcoat to the asphalt surface seals the parking lot or driveway from the continued weathering of moisture, oils, and UV rays to extend it's life. This is a preventative maintenance solution which is recommended every 3-5 years depending on the volume of traffic your surface endures over the course of a year.

When Is It Time To Sealcoat?

It is important to keep an eye out for oxidation, pitting, loose pieces of gravel forming, and cracks beginning to show through the surface. The safety of your customers may also be a concern to you and a fresh, smooth surface may be the answer.
